Validate Standard and Batch Loader In UCM (Doc ID 2175058.1)

Goal

Using batch loader for checkIn of files into UCM:
IdcService=CHECKIN_NEW
Action=insert
dDocName=HR0015
dDocTitle=putty_new
dDocAuthor=weblogic
dSecurityGroup=Public
dDocType=Correspondence
primaryFile=/fusion/letter.doc
<>

But this is not working with validate standard filter... seems this is bypassing all filter level checks.
Is there any way that, since other checkIn files follow the validate standard filter, BatchLoader will also follow the same?
