Symptoms
When attempting to log into the Capture Client using a specific Client Profile, a dialog window appears with the following error message:
Database lookup profile could not be loaded. Database lookups will be disabled.
The following error may also be visible in the Java Console Logs:
GET http://<Server>:16400/dc-client/jersey/oddcClient/loadDBSearchProfile?searchID=<SearchID> returned a response status of 404 Not Found
