OHS Core Dumps In Crc32/crc32_little After Enabling Mod_deflate (Doc ID 2176164.1)

Symptoms

OHS can core dump when utilizing mod_deflate within OHS. OHS does ship with mod_deflate but it is not enabled by default. A customer would need to have enabled and configured mod_deflate for this issue to occur. The same behavior has not been seen if mod_deflate is not used. This has been seen to affect 11.1.1.9 and 12.1.3 but it is possible other versions could experience the same behavior.
 
Checking for mod_deflate should consist of looking through the config files for similar entries to:
