Symptoms

We're using OGG Flat File Adapter to read trail file extracted from Oracle Database with CESU-8 charset.

Extract abends with the error:

2016-06-29 18:19:10: UEUTIL(ueutil.c:700) [ERROR]: Error (4) retrieving column value.
2016-06-29 18:19:10: FFUSEREXIT(flatfileuserexit.c:891) [WARN]: Unable to retrieve value for Column[14] '<column>'
2016-06-29 18:19:10: FFUSEREXIT(flatfileuserexit.c:104) [ERROR]: Fatal function failure, ABENDING

Column[14] '<column>' contains data that are not supported in UTF-8 charset. The character is "D2" hex encoding for "Ò".
