Goal

Remote clients accessing Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) https port using http protocol can cause 'OHS:2171 NZ Library Error: Unknown error' to be recorded in OHS logfiles.

However, the client ip address is not recorded in any ohs log files.
Enabling dumpio debug will capture the client ip addresses.
