Generally, When changing the configuration of WebLogic by using WebLogic Console or WLST,the config.xml and other Domain Configuration Files will be modified.

But sometimes the customers wanted to change Domain Configuration Files by using Editer Tools(such as Apache Xerces JDOM etc.)

This note will talk about the support of directly modify those files.
