Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.X virtual racks, issue of Guest vServers not accessible over EoIB network is seen.

In this Note case in Exalogic July 2016 PSU 2.0.6.2.160719 virtual rack, on one of the vServers, the EOIB bonding interface bond0 can't be accessed.
