Browser Locale Having 4 Lettered Language does not Work on OAM Login Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Browser Locales such as ko-KR,ja-JP and en-US do not work for the OAM Login page. Languages such as 'ko', 'ja' and 'en' are working fine.
