Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager (OAM 11g) Consoles Shows Agent Status as "Disconnected" for Clustered WLS Managed Servers (oam_server)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new browser session and access/log into the OAM Console.

2.

a. Navigate to... OAM Console --> Configuration (tab) --> Server Instances --> Search --> (select OAM Server1) --> Action (drop-down) --> Monitor --> OAM Agents (tab)
Shows four WebGates with Agent Status as Connected.

b. OAM Console --> Configuration (tab) --> Server Instances --> Search --> (select OAM Server2) --> Action (drop-down) --> Monitor --> OAM Agents (tab)
Shows four WebGates with Agent Status as Disconnected.

Why does the OAM console show the WebGate connection to oam_server2 as Disconnected?
