FMW 11.1.1.9 on RHEL 7 with JDK 1.7 Fails to Relink ORACLE_HOME/bin/hasocket With ins_asha.mk (Doc ID 2179999.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Install IDM

Error installing Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.9

Using JDK 1.7.x to install and configure FMW 11.1.1.9 on RHEL 7 there is a failure in the linking process when trying to relink ORACLE_HOME/bin/hasocket

ERROR

The error that is seen from the ORACLE_HOME/install/make.log shows

Changes

Already confirmed the required packages are installed as per:

<Note 2127767.1> Oracle Identity Management 11.1.1.9 Installer Produces Makefile Errors Using ins_asha.mk 

Followed this for the GLIBC_2.14:

<Note 2110277.1> Installation Of OID 11.1.1.9 Fails With "libhasocket.so: undefined reference to 'memcpy@GLIBC_2.14'"

Issue persists with ins_asha.mk
