Goal

When FMw config assistant (config.cmd|sh) failed system components such as oid, forms, etc will be deleted.
If the failure is during steps such as starting a component the ability to re-run the startup steps from commandline will be very useful for troubleshooting. The root issue can be identified/resolved and the installer can either be retried or restarted.

This note provides steps to preserve the system component instance for purpose of troubleshooting.
