Can the Blue Highlight Around the Text on a WFR Web Verifier Image be Removed? (Doc ID 2180336.1)

Goal

When using WFR, there is blue shading on the text when rendered in Web Verifier.  This is not appearing in the Verifier client.  Can this shading be removed?
