Symptoms

Library OVD 11.1.1.7.0 (after applying Patch 17391582 as per Document 1668845.1).

When attempting to bring up the WebLogic (WLS) Admin Server, the following error occurs:

WARNING: Error parsing MBean descriptor file "<PATH_TO_DOMAIN>/config/fmwconfig/mbeans/ovd-ids-mbeans.xml".
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.iam.management.ovd.config.mbeans.server.ProviderConfigMXBeanImpl
 at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:202)
 at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:190)
