Symptoms

WLS 12.1.3 patch implementation is failing with the error: java.lang.Error: ApplySession failed in system modification phase... 'User requested not to continue.'

From the errors BELOW in the Opatch apply log (apply2016-09-08_18-11-52PM_1.log), it is clear that backup is failing at the file wljmsra.rar
