ReturnPopupEvent is not Triggered When User Clicks Out of LOV to Another Component (Doc ID 2181423.1)

ReturnPopupEvent event is used in LOV component. This event is not triggered when moving from the LOV to another component with a mouse click.

Still ReturnPopupEvent is fired when pressing TAB or RETURN key, but not with a mouse click.
