Connection Intermittent Between WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content Cluster (Doc ID 2182361.1)

Symptoms

You have configured a WebCenter Content Server with 2 or more managed servers in a cluster.

Intermittently the following error is raised in the Content Server logs and the users are unable to upload files to the Content Server.

oracle.wsm.policymanager.PolicyManagerException: WSM-02120 : Unable to connect to the policy access service.
at oracle.wsm.policymanager.BeanFactory.getInitialContext(BeanFactory.java:753)

In the Spaces Diagnostic logs there is a timeout or similar error when the user is attempting the file upload operation.


  Caused by: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Execution timedout

 You have set up the cluster for WebCenter Content for the first time.
