SSL Login for OIM Design Console when Using Modern Certs

Symptoms
It appears that OIM Design Console doesn't support the JSSE newer format.
Followed 25.3.11 Configuring SSL for Design Console

Tried different arguments to get it to work.
Results in ERROR

Description: Invalid Login.
