"Enforce XMLSchema Ordering" Is Not Working For REST To SOAP (Doc ID 2183407.1)

Symptoms

While using OSB Transports, the REST Proxy Service flag "Enforce XMLSchema Ordering" is not working as expected. The service throws an error "org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Unexpected end of file after null" when invoked.

 

The invocation resulted in an error:
