Symptoms

Values in arguments mapped from the UI (either Web Form (WebForm) or ADF forms) to Human task are not copied. No exceptions are recorded. The next activity in the execution flow might fail due to empty values in process variables.

This issue has been detected in clustered environments. It might not reproduce with a single node running.

Changes

Issue took place after applying 12.1.3.0 Bundle Patch 160419.
