When Clicking on the Email Link Created from Imaging the Left Properties Pane is Not Opening Automatically (Doc ID 2185427.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on an email link to a document in Imaging that was created using the "Imaging Viewers Tools > Email Document" option, the document opens without displaying the Properties on the Left.
