Symptoms

Symptom 1

OID 11.1.1.7: After an upgrade in the OID installation from JDK 1.6 to JDK 1.7 on an AIX 7.1 environment, ODSM throw errors when try to access the Data Explorer and other functionalities.

In the wls_ods1 diagnostic logs we see stacks like these:

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, GUI Tools

ODSM 'An un-resolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information"
