After upgrading Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM) from 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206, you are not able to open Federation or Security Token Service page . However, all other operations works fine, including federation from pre-existing profiles.
From OAM console, go to configuration tab > Federation, or Security Token Service , you see "Could Not connect to Server" error.
