ClassNotFoundException Occurs When WTC tpcall without JRF Configuration (Doc ID 2187481.1)

Symptoms

 When configuring basic WebLogic Domain (without JRF) and then using WTC to process a tpcall the following Exception outputs on every call.

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.dms.context.ExecutionContext
