Updated Portal Description Does Not Display in "Browse Portals" Page

Symptoms
- Create a Portal using any of these seeded templates: Document Exchange, Project Site, Team Site
Describe the Portal (input in Description field) during the Portal creation process.
- After successful creation of Portal, confirm description is displayed in "Browse Portals" page and in "About Portal" pop up of the newly created Portal.
- Administer the Portal and update the Portal Description.
- Verify if description is displayed in "Browse Portals" page and in "About Portal" pop up of the newly created Portal.
Notice, updated description is NOT displayed in "Browse Portals" page
