In Case Management, when processing a real time request in Director/Web Service tester, the job is failing and the following error appears in the logs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Access Real Time Request in Director/Web Server
  2. Locate and run the Job

Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve final work output to perform business operations.
