Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g Directory Integration Platform (DIP) Provisioning to R12 ERP had been working.
Suddenly, accounts are not getting pushed from OID to R12 ERP when a new account is created in OID.
DIP wls_ods1-diagnostic.log shows:
