Symptoms

Error Copying asset: Exception including resource /jsp/cs_deployed/UI/Actions/Asset/Copy/CopyAction.jsp: com.fatwire.services.exception.TagsException: null Errno :-101

When attempting to copy an asset, there is an error in the Contributor UI javascript popup:

"An exception occurred on the server while executing UI/Actions/Asset/Copy/Copy: TagsException: null
Errno :-101. If problem persists please contact the system administrator."

In the sites.log, the following error is seen:
