Unable To Delete Security Group Role created in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) from WebCenter Content (Doc ID 2190658.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
-----------------------
Unable to delete a role created in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) from WebCenter Content after removing the users assigned that role and deleting it from OID.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Create a role OID environment.
2. Assign some users to that role.
3. Remove the users from the role in OID.
4. Attempt to delete the role from WebCenter Content.
5. Above error prohibits deletion.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Roles could not be deleted due to this error.

Changes

 Addition and removal of role as indicated in steps to replicate.
