Symptoms

At startup, the following error occurs in the capture_server1.out log file:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreAccessPermission Context:APPLICATION Context Name:capture Actions:getApplicationPolicy

Upgraded to Capture 12.2.1.1.0.
