Symptoms
Within the Imaging Manage Connections interface, select a Connection, click the Modify button, then the Content Server Settings trainstop. Then click any other trainstop or the Next button, an error dialog window appears with the following error message:
<local servername>: The following error is reported by the repository: Unable to establish connection to the server. Permission denied. Address '<ip_address>' is not an allowable remote socket address.
A similar error appears in the IPM_server1 output log file and in the IPM_server1-diagnostic.log file:
