OSB 12c /sbconsole Not Accessible Via Network Channel Address (Doc ID 2192195.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the service bus console via /sbconsole, the exception "javax.servlet.ServletException: xxx is not a valid address" is seen. When trying "http://xxx/servicebus", it works fine.

If the listen address and network channel are cleared, then /sbconsole is accessible. 

It seems that the redirection from "/sbconsole" to "/servicebus" causes this issue.
