Symptoms

You have an Exalogic system deployed in a virtual configuration where you are seeing a notification in the EM OpsCenter (EMOC) console advising "Appliance Health has switched to DEGRADED" for one of the compute nodes in the rack.
You try to close the incident but EMOC recreates it again immediately.
