SOA 11g purge is failing to delete some composite instances (Doc ID 2194457.1)

Goal

The purge script procedure is not deleting all of the instances.

Running this SQL command to view purgeable instances is showing a large number of instances that should be purged, however they are not being purged using the purge script.

These are completed instances that should be deleted.
