Symptoms
1. Created a custom Report using the Microsoft Word (MS) BI Publisher plug-In.
2. Attempted to adapt the steps in the following technical brief for MS BI Publisher Plug-In
Creating Custom PDF Reports with Oracle Application Express and the APEX Listener
3. When running the PDF report using APEX 5.0.4 with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) 3.0.X the following error occurs:
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open "Printable_Contribution_Form.pdf" because it is either not a supported type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
