EDQ AV: CASS Data Is Not Being Returned

You are giving address inputs to EDQ address verification (AV) to get CASS data as output. However, no CASS data is returned for the address data that has been provided. You have verified you have in place valid licenses for EDQ, Loqate and CASS. The EDQ server is hosted on a Linux server and glib_c 2.12 is installed.
