Document Missing Index Information In Database Tables But Seems Normal In Content (Doc ID 2197027.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

The Document is missing index information in database tables but seems normal in Content Server.

We query the Content database tables from time to time to gather metrics on WebCenter. We have noticed a few documents that contain no metadata in the WebCenter Content tables, but upon looking up the document in the Content Server web application, the document looks fine, all metadata is present.
