Opening An Approval From The Inbox Produces A Blank Screen

In the OIM Self Service UI, the after clicking on an approval link from the Inbox, it produces a blank screen.
Steps to reproduce:
- In Oracle Identity Self Service. Go to Inbox -> My Tasks.
- Click on the approval link and the resulting tab is a blank page.
