SCIM API Returns "You Do Not Have Permission To View Details About The User With User Id" after User Created

Symptoms
OIM SCIM API returns "You do not have permission to view details about the user with user Id ..."
When send to execute the user using the API SCIM /idaas/im/scim/v1/Users, the user is create successful on the OIM repository and provisioned the resources associate.
But the response of the API in the JSON response is the following
