Symptoms
There are 2 Content Servers behind a load balancer. Both of the Content Servers and the Load Balancer are accessed through SSL (https). The Oracle Document Capture 10g product can authenticate to each of the Content Servers individually using the SSL address (https). However when attempting to connect to the load balanced SSL address, the following message is returned in the Oracle UCM 11g Commit Driver settings screen:
