Symptoms
After upgrading WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content to 11.1.1.9 there are folders that users cannot delete content from.
Examination of these folders shows that they have attribute READ ONLY set. This is preventing deletion of files.
Removing the READ ONLY attribute allows users to again delete contents of the folder.
