Symptoms
Experiencing performance issues in WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.9.
Changes
After applying the 11.1.1.9 patch to a WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.7 instance, the performance has degraded.
In 11.1.1.7.x pages were displayed quicker, response time was better and load tests were able to support more users.
