Getting Error "This document can't be manually indexed completely" in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client (Doc ID 2199553.1)

Symptoms

When verifying invoices via Verifier and Web Verifier clients, the following error occurs:

Document Validation - Error

This document can't be manually indexed completely!

Field 'DeliveryDate' is invisible and invalid.

Please sent this document to the exception handling.

Web Verifier is displaying the following error:

Field DeliveryDate is still invalid but not present on the

form or read-only. Therefore it cannot be validated. Please

contact your system administrator

This can also be seen in designer when attempting to test the documents in Designer via Runtime mode or when attempting to classify/analyze the document.
