DIS Check-in Via Outlook Does Not Work (Doc ID 2199914.1)

Symptoms

When working with Desktop Integration Suite version 12.2.1.1031, connecting to a WebCenter Content Server version 11.1.1.9.x, the Desktop Integration Suite client cannot check-in content through Outlook Integration.  The user receives the following two errors: 

Error 1
Event generated by user 'xxxxxx' at host 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. Error retrieving information about folder 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.  Folder does not exist

 

Error 2
Event generated by user 'xxxxxx' at host 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW_SUB and function Imeta.
Invalid date format '1'. Unable to parse date '1'
