What does "Unable To Delete Applications Assigned To Site As FW_Applications Table Does Not Exist" mean received during site deletion? (Doc ID 2200936.1)

When deleting a site from the UI, see the following message in log:

[WARN ] [fatwire.logging.cs.event] Unable to delete applications assigned to site as FW_Applications table does not exist

What does this message mean? Should I be concerned even though the site was deleted successfully?
