EM Console login working only once

After start of the administration server the login to the EM console works only once.

If logout is performed and then a second attempt to login, the login is not working anymore. After server restart, the login can be performed again but only once. Error seen:

"Login failed. Error connecting to the Server. Make sure that WebLogic connection information and the credentials entered are correct."

Errors received in the log do not seem to be relevant for what is happening.
