Using WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.1.

In the Page Editor of your Portal, when creating a multi level navigation hierarchy consisting of folders and pages and subpages,  we see an issue where the low level subpages are not displayed in the navigation after being created.
Sometimes refreshing the navigation they will show, however they can not be navigated to as the focus will jump back to the top of the display instead of showing the Page Properties.  This means we can no longer edit the page, or its page properties after it is created.
