Usage / availability issues have been reported against E-Delivery. Customers, who are normally able to download software through eDelivery, saying they are getting the following error:
Due to restrictions on certain countries, the attempt to download media via Oracle Software Delivery Cloud may generate the following error: "Due to your country location, we are unable to process your request. If you have active license, please raise a service request via My Oracle Support or call support hotline to order physical media."
