Goal
During a patch upgrade, the optional steps for upgrading EhCache from 1.7.1 to 2.5.7 was performed. The library was accidentally copied in but no other steps were followed. Since the ehcache-core-2.5.7 jars were deployed unintentionally and none of the remaining EhCache upgrade steps were performed, can the ehcache-core-2.5.7 jars be removed safely?
