Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
Coherence cluster will not tolerate long GC pauses. Latency due to the GC pauses is costly to a coherence cluster because it might lead to node eviction from the cluster. There might be a cache data loss when multiple nodes got evicted from a cluster. It is important to keep the coherence cluster members are performing good with healthy jvm heap and not hurting due to a known JVM bugs.
