Symptoms

The RTS instance is unable to process batches. The messages encountered in the RTS log read as:

Unable to get disk free space for drive '\\server\share\Batches\'.

and

Document processing can't be performed! Failed to connect to batch root directory '\\server\share\Batches'. Description: Error occurred when trying to access file attributes !
